Terms and Conditions

The following meanings apply:-

1. Membership Benefits

1. On payment of the Fee, the Member shall be entitled to the Benefits, as follows:

1. access to a Members only forum on the Website, including a discussion forum, a Q&A forum;

2. a bi-annual newsletter published on the Website;

3. invitations to organised functions, events and hospitality occasions organised by the Club;

4. options to purchase the Tickets at discretionary rates (as decided by Wales or the Club from time to time);

2. The Membership is valid for the Season from the date of receipt of the Fee by the Club (unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Terms and Conditions), after which it will automatically expire, unless renewed.

2. The Club's Obligations

1. After receiving the appropriate Fee, the Club will dispatch a membership ID (the "Membership Card") and set up or dispatch, if applicable, any other Benefit.

2. The Club will notify Members from time to time, by way of notice on the Website, of the availability of any Tickets for purchase by the Members and also the manner or system which must be followed by Members in order to purchase any such tickets.

3. The Member's Obligations

1. The Club may impose any limitations or restrictions on the means of purchase of any such tickets as it may, in its discretion, determine, whether for any particular match or matches or otherwise.

2. The Fee is payable by the Member to the Club on an annual basis in accordance with the relevant Season.

3. In the event of the Fee being dishonoured, the Club shall be entitled to charge the Member an administration charge and any bank charges incurred by the Club.

4. The Membership ID and tickets

1. In order to obtain the tickets to events or matches as part of the Benefits, the Member must present a valid Membership ID for to the Club.

2. The Membership ID and any Tickets purchased by the Member using the Membership ID are personal to the Member and are not transferable and shall not be transferred under any circumstances.

3. All Membership IDs and Tickets shall remain the property of Wales or in the case of international events, the relevant body issuing the tickets.

4. The Member shall return the Membership ID to the Club when asked to do so.

5. The Club may suspend or cancel the Membership ID (and all associated benefits) in the event of any misuse of the Membership ID by the Member, including where the Member transfers, or attempts to transfer, any rights to use the Membership ID, or any match ticket purchased using the Membership ID, to any other person.

6. In the event of a Membership ID being lost or stolen, the Member shall inform the Club immediately. A replacement ID (if requested) will be provided by the Club save in such circumstances, the Club shall not issue any duplicate Membership Ids or Tickets and no refunds will be given by the Club in any circumstances.

5. Code of Conduct

1. The Member acknowledges that he is subject to any ground regulations issued from time to time by the Welsh Institute of Sport or any other ground at which the Member is present (the "Ground Regulations") and they are incorporated in, and form part of, these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Member agrees to conduct himself or herself in a manner befitting a representative of the Club and Wales Lacrosse and will not do anything or procure that anything be done which might bring the name or reputation of the Club or Wales Lacrosse into disrepute.

3. Each Member must ensure that any Tickets purchased from the Club are used responsibly.

4. If the Club determines, in its absolute discretion, that it should write to, or otherwise contact, any Member in respect of any matter relating to the Tickets purchased by the Member, or the behaviour of such Member, it will result in the Membership being cancelled by the Club.

5. The Club may suspend or cancel the Membership in the event of the following:

1. the Member, or any other person being ejected or banned from the Welsh Institute of Sport or any other sports ground anywhere in the world;

2. breaching any of the Ground Regulations or any Terms and Conditions; or

3. in the event of any abusive, dangerous or other unacceptable behaviour by the Member or such other person.

6. Miscellaneous

1. The Club reserves the right to vary the Benefits and the manner or system by which tickets are sold upon reasonable notice being given to Members through the Website.

2. If any of the Benefits are unavailable, the Club reserves the right to substitute for such items similar items of equivalent value as the Club may decide at its discretion may provide.

3. The Club shall not have any liability to the Member in respect of any failure to carry out, or any delay in carrying out, any matter in respect of the Membership, including admitting the Member to any stadium for a particular match, caused by any circumstances outside the Club's reasonable control.

4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute or imply that the Member has any guarantee of entitlement to any ticket, seat or access to any match or matches or tour.

5. The Club reserves the right to make changes to any of these Terms and Conditions. Any such changes will be notified to Members through the Website.
